International Collaborations and Support

Academic institutions must constantly reinvent themselves for facing the challenges of globalisation through exchange and collaboration programmes. There is a need to have a shared understanding of the nature of exchange and collaborative programmes being established. It is then only that such programmes could be effective and beneficial for all the parties concerned. The proposed JGU and the JGLS have already received letters of support and intention to establish institutional collaborations from leading educational institutions in the world. These include the United Nations University (UNU), the Harvard Law School, the Human Rights Program of the Harvard Law School, the Berkman Center for Internet & Society of the Harvard Law School, Yale Law School, New York University School of Law, the University of San Francisco School of Law, S.J. Quinney College of Law of the University of Utah, William Mitchell College of Law, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Oxford, King’s College, London, the University of Sydney, and Keio Law School.
