Faculty Members

An integral part of establishing the JGU and the JGLS is the acquisition of high calibre faculty members from India and abroad. This will be done on the basis of an international selection process with a view to attracting exceptionally qualified faculty members to assume academic positions at the JGLS. It is in this context that the JGLS seeks support for fully endowed chair professorships. The JGLS will provide internationally competitive salaries to attract and retain the best faculty members. The recruitment process would be through a selection committee comprising nationally and internationally reputed experts in the relevant fields, best suited to assess the qualifications and experience of the candidates to enable us to build a truly world class law school.
